This blew my mind [FIRST NAME GOES HERE]

Hey Reader

Quick Question.

Have you ever realized you’ve become “less active” only because your body started filing formal complaints?

Yeah. Same.

In the latest podcast episode, I talk about why motivation is total BS (yep, I said it) and how a tiny shift in perspective made everything feel easier.

Here’s the gist:

30 minutes of movement, 5 days a week = 10 hours a month = 5 days a YEAR. Five! Out of 365.

And when you apply the same math to entrepreneurship?

One hour a day, 5 days a week = 10 days a year. Ten days to build the life you want. Suddenly “I don’t have time” sounds… dramatic.

Also, I’m renaming the podcast for better searchability and would love your help. I'm thinking something that says business more. Think a blend of the "woo" and the work.

If you’ve got a stroke of genius, hit reply and send it my way.

Just the Tip Tuesday, and this week the tip is actually a thing I built. I added weekly business horoscopes to my website. Not the "Scorpio, watch your finances" kind. The actual, here's what this week's astrology means for your business decisions, your marketing timing, and your energy kind. Every week, broken down by what matters for solopreneurs and small business owners. Practical. Grounded. Zero crystal-shop vibes. If you've ever wondered whether there's a better week to launch...

Prefer to listen to this email? JUST CLICK HERE. About three weeks ago I started doing 10 squats every hour on the hour. Not because I suddenly became a fitness person. (I have not suddenly become a fitness person.) But because I read something about how sitting for long stretches is quietly terrible for you and I thought, "okay. Ten squats. I can do ten squats." That's approximately 40 seconds of my life per hour. Even I can manage that. So I set a timer. And then I ignored the timer for...

It started with a rabbit hole. I was doing what I do at 11pm when I should be sleeping (scrolling my phone, one eye open) and I landed on an article about crows. Apparently they're one of the smartest animals on the planet. (Like, unsettlingly smart. Problem-solving, holding grudges, recognizing faces smart.) And they love shiny objects. I don't know why I felt personally called by this information. But I did. So the next morning I grabbed a handful of Hamish and Angus's kibble, dropped in a...
